With over 25 years in the Culinary Field, I can work with you to create a menu just for you. I can work with special dietary needs, so you can enjoy everything from a simple breakfast to a gourmet meal.
Breakfast - Sausage and Cheese Quiche, Baked French Toast, Fresh Fruit, Banana or Chocolate Chip Muffins, Coffee and Orange Juice, Peanut Butter Breakfast Bars
First Course - Anything from Salad to Appetizers - Mixed Greens with vinagrette, Carmelized onion Tart with blue cheese and figs, Carribbean Shrimp with mango salsa, Pita chips and hummus, Stuffed Mushrooms, Classic Shrimp Cocktail
Dinner - Herb Crusted Rib Eye Steak, Chicken Marsala, Steak Fajatas, Crab Cakes, Salmon with Miso and Spinach, Assorted Sliders (Blue Cheese Stuffed, Cheddar and Bacon Stuffed, Mozzarella and Basil, Cilantro Studded Turkey Burgers), Chicken Curry
Sides - Roasted Potatoes, Pasta, Rice Pilaf, Potato Salad, Fresh Fruit, Fresh Vegetable

I can check into your home while you are landing at the airport and by the time you arrive at your vacation home, dinner is ready. While I'm there I can make breakfast for the following morning and add an additional dinner for later in the week. I can also provide box lunches for out on the course or in the park, or do some shopping before you arrive so that your vacation home is stocked when you arrive.
Pricing is subject to number in your party, the number of meals you want and menu choice and is similar to restaurant pricing between $25-60 a person.
